Baby hat to match the mitts and booties. I'm going to try the cardigan soon, though there are a few of the instructions for it that still have me a tad confused.

About My Knitting

I learned to knit when I was a little girl, using the Lady Bug book my mum bought for me. Alas, I never made it further than a garter stitch tie for my dad and a couple of attempts at scarves. I just didn't have the patience or perseverance and books probably won out over knitting. Then my sister-in-law took up knitting. And so did a friend of mine. Suddenly I felt the urge to try it again, despite problems with carpal tunnel syndrome. So I did. And I LOVE it. What's even better, my wrists don't seem to mind it much either. So now I'm knitting up a storm, as evidence by the growing pile in my knitting basket and the various projects scattered about. I've even trained to cats to behave round my needles and yarn (well, most of the time). I'll post pics here of my works-in-progress as well as my FOs. Also look for me over at Romancing the Skein.
